Learning, design, and technology are at the heart of my work. Throughout my career, I have served as a learning experience designer, professor, coach, global program director, and researcher in executive, local, hybrid, and global educational settings.
In addition to leading IntoActions, I teach graduate courses in innovation leadership and design at Santa Clara University. My team- and project-based courses engage students in developing innovative solutions to real-world challenges through design thinking. As my former Stanford colleague and mentor Larry Leifer says, “Reality is the best classroom, coaches are the best teachers, and teams are the best learners.”
